Lolita mini top hat. Blah, I love it. It's very kawaii ! I love those stuff, but hell ! I saw it in a shop around Melaka and it cost rm80 ( the cheapest price ). What the F with that eh, it just wasting my money as I'm broke now. So, I decided to make my own.
